多謝伍伯的提醒
原來用unicode中文在IE上有可能變成開天窗
(不是人人都有這個問題, but usually yourself don't have this prb while others who wanna read yr blog always have)

其他用unicode的blog客如有中文website title的話請多多留意了
最簡單的解決方法是
把blogster gen 出來的那句
#meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" /#
在Template手動copy一次到# title# 之上
(blogster dun let me to copy the raw html code here, so # 代表 < >)
愚蠢的IE就不會因為認不到unicode中文title而罷工了
